What can I buy?

You can buy all the products available in pharmacy and in particular medicinal products subject to medical prescription (MSRM), nonprescription drugs (MNSRM), food supplement, OTC products, skin care products, toiletries, oral health, dietary supplements, osteopathy products, among others. Are there any restrictions for product purchase?

There is no restriction on the purchase of products.

How to order?

Select products and add them to the shopping cart. Please complete the form which is available on our website at www.farmaciateles.com. In the case of customers in Lisbon, they can order by fax 213619063 or email info@farmaciateles.com and submit the original recipe when you receive the medicines.

Is it mandatory to register in the store to shop?

How can I be sure that you've received my order?

How do I know how much I'll have to pay?

At the end of the buying process is an indication of the amount payable.

How can I pay?

After the application of the order, the system automatically provides various hypotheses of payment:

Delivery

How is the delivery service done?

If you order free sale products or medicines that don't require a prescription (MNSRM) delivery will be made by a carrier. If it comes to medicinal products subject to medical prescription (POM) delivery of products will be made by an employee of Pharmacy.

Can I order medications that have to be kept in cold?

For logistical reasons, the Farmácia Teles only ensures the transport of cold products to customers exclusively in the municipality of Lisbon.

What are the costs of shipping products and delivery times to customers from Lisbon?

For customers of parishes of Lisbon - Alcântara, Ajuda, Belém, Restelo, Campo de Ourique, Lapa and Santos, the product delivery is free at the following times:

  • Orders placed up to 12 p.m., will be delivered the same day up to 6 p.m.;
  • Orders made after 12 p.m., may be delivered up to 6 p.m. or the next working day to 10 a.m..

For customers of other parishes of Lisbon and the neighboring municipalities, have a shipping fee of € 3 per order, in the following schedule:

  • Orders placed up to 12 p.m., will be delivered the same day up to 6 p.m.;
  • Orders made after 12 p.m., may be delivered up to 6 p.m. or the next working day to 10 a.m..

What are the costs of shipping products and delivery times to customers from other destinations?

At the end of each order is provided to transport the cost of their order because vary with the delivery zones.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Farmácia Teles has always been concerned with the quality of service, storage and delivery of products. However, if the products are damaged and provided that they meet the following conditions may return them:

  • It will only accept products returned within 7 working days after sending Farmácia Teles and provided they are in good condition, ie unchanged and with the original packaging, as well as the return of the respective receipt;
  • Shipping costs and return of goods are paid by the customer;
  • Reimbursement focuses exclusively on the price of goods and will be processed after the good condition confirmation of goods and credited to the virtual card account name to be used on future purchases.

Note: For reasons of hygiene and safety are not accepted returns of the following products: drugs, open or damaged packaging, products subject to temperature control, perfumery, cosmetics and food products. Farmácia Teles does not store the data of your credit card, they are used only for processing payments

Who will have access to my personal data?

Only the customer and Farmácia Teles. The processing of data is done in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data and subject to computer processing, the data is used exclusively for Farmácia Teles to process purchases and to send news, promotions or benefits if the customer so wishes. Farmácia Teles does not give any information of customers to third parties.

Who ensures the safety of the quality of products offered by Farmácia Teles?

INFARMED is the entity in Portugal which controls the activity of pharmacies. products sold in the pharmacies are validated and monitored by INFARMED - National Medicines and Healthcare Products Authorized.

Farmácia Teles' Virtual Card

The Virtual Card is a card made available to consumers of products in www.farmaciateles.com site that accumulates points when purchasing goods and that will be folded by conversion (points in euros) on future purchases.

When entering www.farmaciateles.com the user has access to their available points.

The allocation of points is variable depending on the type of product and conditions negotiated by the laboratories every time.
